I think the other posters got it right. #1, you can't spot reduce fat. It is a myth invented by marketers to sell situp crap. #2, to be honest with you, you are selling your body short of protein. #3, eat small frequent meals (with protein) to increase your metabolism and fuel your muscles because MUSCLES burn calories even when you are sitting through a boring lecture...
