Default Weird pecs

I have really puffy nipples. I hate it when I wear tight shirts and they stick out like bitch tits. I've read a lot about gynocomastea and I've seen pictures and such, but it doesn't resemble mine. I have solid pecs and its just around the nipple area that its really soft. When I get out of a cold shower or jump in the pool, they get hard and look normal, but as soon as I step out and get warm (or get into a sauna), they get puffy again. Does anyone else have this problem, or any tipes and advice on how to get rid of this? I'm a naturally skinny guy at 5'7" and 135 lbs.

There are many different levels of gynocomastia. It IS possible that you have it, just to a lesser degree than a lot of pictures you may find on the 'net. If you're not looking through a PS's site, your more likely to see pics of 'bitch tits' than of the more common 'puffy nipple areola complex.'

Have a look at the galleries here:

If anything, book a consult with a local plastic surgeon and have them have a look. Most often, consults are free, or are a minimal charge (50 or less).
