It's hard to see where your carbs are even coming from ( from the food you listed ) . So I guess it would depend on the Almonds you choice . Those can vary quite a bit. The daily plate could have a higher Almond choice in there.

Maybe try and go for the shelled kind from what i've found they seem to have the least amount of carbs.

I used to eat meat, but I had to become a vegetarian and i have been one for more than two weeks now and i will not go back since i don't like the looks of meat (especially if it's cooked) and i don't want the animals on earth to die for sport or for any meal, so i am staying a vegetarian.

I love my meat, Cow, chicken, pigs....they all taste great on the BBQ

I am going to give this a try. starting sunday. i have tried atkins a few time a lost a few pounds. the may help me get a little leaner.
