Yeah diet is really import for maintaining your physical fitness and strength.....

Well you might be missing out on some key nutrients (dairy/calcium?), but as far as cuts go, I don't think you're eating anything you shouldn't. Maybe add in a generic multi-vitamin.

thats why i got my gnc vitamin, it covers that.
