Question cutting diet

hello everyone,

it is my first time attempting a cutting phase after bulking and i would really appreciate any input that could aid me in this. my diet is as follows:

morning run(30 min)
meal1 breakfast 5 eggwhite omelette 1 slice whole wheat toast

meal2 lunch 2 tilapia(8oz) with steamed broccoli

workout
meal3 pwo protein shake

meal4 dinner 1cup brown rice,turkeyburger

meal5 beforebed protein shake[/LIST]

He contracted Tinnitus after sitting too close to a piano one night in a busy restaurant. He awoke the next morning a slight ringing in his ears.

Diet is important for health.Eat 5-6 small meals in a day.Drink more water. Do exercises. its all is necessary for health.

Here are the changes I would make:

morning run(30 min)

breakfast 3 egg white omelette 1 slice ezekiel toast

Rice cake and 2tbsp Peanut Butter

lunch 1 tilapia (8oz), good card (sweet potato, brown rice), steamed broccoli

workout

pwo protein shake

Rice cake and 2tbsp Peanut Butter

dinner 1cup brown rice, turkey burger(no bread), add veggie 1 cup

2 oz Mixed nuts (if hungry)

Well you might be missing out on some key nutrients (dairy/calcium?), but as far as cuts go, I don't think you're eating anything you shouldn't. Maybe add in a generic multi-vitamin.

thats why i got my gnc vitamin, it covers that.

If you want to lose weight gradually, eating a couple of tomatoes every morning at breakfast is a good idea. For lunch, have a small cup of rice with some steamed vegetables like cabbage, beans or broccoli. Green salads made of spinach or lettuce and flavored with a little olive oil, mint leaves and pepper is quite fulfilling and nutritious.
