Dieting Days Question

I'm a 5'9 198lb female. I currently do a split workout doing lower body mon/thurs and upper body tues/fri. For cardio I do Hiit 20 min in the morning tues/wed and fri/sat. On mon and thurs morning I do 30 min elliptical and also I do two a days. In the am I do half of my weight training followed by cardio and then in the evening I do the other half and then Mon and wed I do a cardio class at my gym. The other days out the week I play basketball full court for about 45 min to an hour.

wow, you are very active. What was your diet like before you wanted to do a carb cycle diet? Reason I'm asking is with an active life style like this, it would seem like you would need more carbs/ moderate carbs in you diet so you don't slow down your metabolism. Of course I would have to see how many carbs you were taking in before.

Cool

Before I started carb cycling I was eating about 125- 160 grams carbs daily. Now on low carb days I eat about 40-70- grams and high carb days I eat about 100-150 grams. I do well with incorporating low carbs in my diet because i'am very carb sensitive and even with me being that active I still don't feel sluggish to where i can't do my cardio and weight training effectively. I usually feel a little sluggish on thurs but I work through it because I up my carbs the next day.
