Default Fat around waist

I am 186cm, 80kg and i train 6 six days a week. I follow a full protein diet with moderate carbs and almost no fat but still i have fat around the waist and only there.

I have followed this program for about 2 months now.

Is there something i am not doing right? or should i be more patient?

I train my abs almost everyday...

I experienced something similar to what you're saying. Could be that you're doing too much cardio and it's holding back your muscle development.

He hasn't been on in over a month...This is an old thread...Either way I'd up the fats and drop the carbs for a low carb approach to lose the weight. And although more muscle burns more calories, not gaining muscle will not stop one from losing fat.
