How are you getting your body fat % ?

I think you should be eating more. Not eating after 5pm doesn't mean that your going to lose weight faster. If you eat every 2-4hrs your metabolism should speed up (as long as it's healthy food) Maybe figure out your calorie count and take in the proper amount of protein / carbs / fat . If your 205lbs you could take in 2500 - 2800 cals(slowly bring it down) and still lose weight. It all depends on what your eating, (A calorie is not just a calorie) ie: chicken, tuna, egg whites, rice, potatoes. If I was dieting down I wouldn't eat fruit, diary or red meats.(not to mention pop,chips,chocolate....all junk)

I was just wondering why you're so worried about a three day difference? From an armchair diagnoses, it sounds like your body is trying to find a way to adapt to the new stress (i.e. exercise). It'll all even out soon enough, but a three day spread isn't really something to base overall results on. Just keep plugging away with eating right, exercise enough, plenty of rest, and don't overtrain.

The electronic scales like the one you have dont use sound waves, they use current to measure your bodyfat. They are very inaccurate, if you want to test this, step on it, take your bf, take a shower, then step on it again. Dont put much stock into what that thing says.

I would also suggest only getting on the scale once a week at most. Anything more then that is border line obsesive, and will only serve to make you go insane.

Like everybody said, you are taking the measurements too close together. You should take measurements once a week or more. Taking it every day is just going to drive you crazy. Not only that but you might not be taking into consideration water weight and consistencies of measurements. For example, I take my measurements once a week at the same time and day with the same shorts to make sure everything is the same.
