Default Fat loss and muscle wasting

for many, the battle against fat is a double edged sword. We want to be lean and ripped, but we dont want to sacrafice the hard earned muscle we have to get there.

In times of prolonged calorie deficits, and cardio expenditures muscle catabolism should be exspected. It is never easy to watch your prized bench press strength slowly fade, or your squat PR become a distant memory. So post up your best catabolism counter measures ... I'll get it started.

-My NH anti catabolic stack-

Pre workout shake (both cardio and resistance)
20g BCAA's (two scoops of Xtend, 13g bulk powder)
2g citruline malate
2g CEE

Post workout shake (resistance training only)
70g pure virtago
2g citruline malate
2g cee
(20min later) 40g ON 100% whey

-Anti catabolic suppliments-

NHA stack (rebound xt, activate)
Angagen (just started, we will see just how anti catabolic it is)
Cissus rx (known as a joint supp, this stuff is anabolic to boot)
Ephedra caffiene stack (a potent fat burner, and an anti catabolic agent)

Of course there are a host of pro hormones and pro steroids that will keep catabolism at bay. so i wont list them here, but they are very effective.

Here is a list of supplements I use that help prevent catabolism in addition to their other benefits:

BCAA's (Xtend)
Glutamine
Dextrose/Maltodextrin (Preworkout, basically whatever I have around)
Waxy Maize Starch (Postworkout)
CEE
Ephedra/Caffeine/Green Tea Stack
Fish Oil (general fatloss/health but supposedly is anti catabolic also)

I use 1-2 scoops of isolate + BCAA's pre and post exercise...Other than that, waxy maize has been a godsend postworkout for my starving muscles!

The meat and potatoes ladies and gentlemen.. The poor man's cure for catabolism!

Well to be honost from my experience as a fat ass ill share how i feel with it. I have been working out for a month and a half now. i was 248 i am now 232.
Im also only 5'8 I dont do much cardio all though once this cold passes which means monday im starting HIIT. Anyways ive lost weight slowly but im deffintly gaining muscle mass. To me i dont give a crap how fast i burn the fat because in the end i rather just be a big monster of muscle but thats just me. But anyways my point being is if you wanna get big on muscle and lose the fat just work out and let it burn itself off rather then doing to much cardio and killing your muscles.

Different people have different views on how they want to look andrew. and some people can cut up without ever doing cardio. however if you ever want to get down to 10% bf or lower, you will end up dealing with this issue.

The reason you are losing fat and gaining muscle is your just getting started. Once your body becomes used to it, the recomp will slow and eventually stop.
