Default finition

I've been cutting for the last months and i almost reach my goals. But which supplement should i take if i want to lose the fat that I've a hard time losing. I just want to finish strong my fatloss.

Without any background about your diet, exercise, BF %, etc... It makes it kind of impossible to recommend something.

damn, sorry thats a newbie mistake.
i was around 200 and now i'm 184, 6ft2. i'm training 4-5 days a week and i hit cardio about 3 times a week for 20-30 minutes.
diet
breakfast:
oatmeal
fruits
granola bars (nature valley)
lunch
chicken or turkey sandwich
fruits or vedgies
granola bars
---TRAINING--
protein shake
supper
meal cook by my mom (usually meat with vedgies and rice or pasta)
granola bars or fruits or nuts

I have no idea about my BF%

It's all about the calories. Quantity and quality. I have no idea how many you're taking in. Looks like you're eating okay except that your protein intake is the same as my sister's and your meal frequency isn't good (go to fitday.com and log your food. post up those numbers). That said, almost all weight loss supplements are stimulants or thermogenics. The stims are designed to change your metabolic rate and thermogenics raise your body temperature so you burn more calories. I guess I'd recommend an EGCG/caffeine blend if I had to, but honestly you just need to fix your diet. Supplements won't make that much of a difference if your diet isn't right. Most of the calories in those granola bars are from sugar & fat BTW.
