gain fat on face
Hello everyone
i am new here.i have a very peculiar problem i guess.in the starting of this year i was fat and wanted to cut down.so i did insanity and insanity asylum by shaun t from team beach body. i not only lost a lot of fat from my body like 10 kgs over all but also lost some fat from my face which is making me look weak.
now that i am done with insanity i am doing tony horton's p90x and john's pit workout to gain some muscle.i gained a bit muscle on my hands and chest area but not on my face.my face still looks week though i am strong.
is there a way i can gain fat on my face again with out gaining not much weight over all.i know its not possible to loose or gain fat in a single area but i want to know are there any workouts out there that help me retain my abs and at the same time help me gain some fat on my face.
