Default Need help getting lean and cut

HI all. Well, I'm 5.9 and weight about 170 lbs. I'm trying to be more lean and cut, so I need help.

Morning: White eggs and 2 toasted white bread

Lunch: 2 chicken breasts and corn

Afternoon: Oatmeal and white eggs

After workout: Salmon and vegetables

Before bed: 40 grams weigh protein shake.

One question I really want to ask is:
What does your body do when you don't have enough calories after a workout to fix muscles?

Does it use the stored fat?
