Default help a newb out

Hey
I am 22 5'7 and 185 lbs(mostly fat)
I am trying to come down to 165/170 of muscle. I eat 2 3 times a day(not always healthy foods) hit the gym at 5 am when i get off work, do cardio for 30 min and weights for about 30 min to 1 hour.

I have started to eat healthier(chicken turkey oatmeal tuna brown rice etc...) but still eating 2 3 time(small meals) a day, should i eat more?
I have whey powder protein and creatine should i take these through out the day or just pre and post work out?

Thanks

Ok. First, you have made an excellent decision to get in healthy mode. You have come to the right place. This site has friendly, yet educated members.

Alright. I see that you are trying to lose weight. You are eating healthier, doing resistance, and cardio training.

Could you write out a detailed daily menu of what you eat, for example:

6am- Type of food, Protein, Carbs, Fat (Total and Sat.)

And for your training, let us know what types of exercises you are doing for each bodypart, and how many sets and reps for each exercise.

This will help us better understand where you stand and if you need to improve on anything.
