hey can i use jumping jack or boxing for HIIT ??

You could do that but I would say it's best to do it as part of a mixture or circuit of exercises done HIIT style. I don't like jumping jacks but you could mix shadow boxing or whatever with jacks, burpees, and other calisthenics. Things to get your whole body involved where you did each thing hard for a certain amount of time such as twenty seconds with cool down low intensity periods.

Default Hill Sprints

I tried these last nights......and dayum! I can tell today. Did 20 uphill/downhill sprints, combined with running. Excellent HIIT workout!!

I think jumping jacks would be better for a low intensity part of interval training. Let's say, for example, you do 20 kettlebell swings. You could follow it up with jumping jacks if you wanted to switch to lower intensity for 30-60 seconds without completely resting.
