Default Losing Fat Traning

Hi,
i'm trying to cut some fat, i want to lose the fat on the body.
I didn't changed much of my diet, just cut on the carbs and increasead the protein.

Need some opinions on my training, i'm starting this training so i don't know if im going on the right track to lose weight.

Monday - Chest - Back - Cardio 20min

Tuesday - Legs - Bicept - Cardio at the end of the day about 1:30 Hour runing.

Wednesday - Shoulders - Tricept - 20 Min Cardio

The i do all over again, but i change the cardio ... i do 1:30 Hour of run EOD, so this means that on thuesday i would train like Monday, but i would run 1:30.

My traning repetitions:

2 x 20
2 x 15
2 x 10

All exercices for the big muscle groups, no rest.

For the smaller group muscles

2 x 15
3 x 8

Again, no rest.

I start with a lighter weight, and has i decrease the repetitions i increase the weight.

What do you think about this?

I end the week training twice every part of the body, including lower parts.

i Didin't changed much of my diet because, like i said, i have reduced on carbs and increased in proteins.
My diet is not based on high carbs and calories.

But im going to change my train, i take to long in the gym and i can't take that long.
I will increase weight, reduce reps, add more cardio

One idea I'm experimenting with is to reduce the time between sets.
I have a target heart rate I shoot for to stay at or above during my workout.

I haven't done it long enough to see if it's working yet, but I will report back in a little while and share the results.

Hi Yuris,

It is good that you have taken the cardio training but if you do the cardio training alone it doesn't help much. It is necessary for you to follow a combination of cardio training, weight loss diet, and aerobic exercises. The aerobic exercises such as jogging, running, cycling, etc. are very powerful in reducing overall weight of your body because nearly all of the body parts are involved while doing aerobic exercises.

If you need more help on how to lose weight, feel free to drop me an email.

Regards,

I have changed my workout again, now i'm using more weight a bit less repetitions and doing some cardio after the workout.

I'm also working out only 4 day's a week, balanced even more my diet, i still was unable to do some bike, i prefer to user a proper bike not a gym bike, and mine is broken, i still haven't fix it.

But i'm losing fat, i can see my veins appearing on my arms, shoulders, so i think i'm on a good road here
