Can you explain why body builders eat chicken and raw broccoli only for about a month prior to competition.
Obviously they do it to cut fat, but since you know your stuff, you may be able to give the more scientific reasoning...
In terms of your post, very well done. Only thing I would add is this... If you raise your metabolism, you will burn fat. Raise your metabolism by eating little but frequent. Do this for 6 days and then don't eat much one day. This will trick your body and will cause you to burn more calories faster, then you have to trick your body by starting to eat more often again.
