Dear Bodybuilders/Powerlifters and anybody who read this.
My name is Will en i'm almost 19 years old.
My Fat percentage is around 15/17% and i had some questions.
I've seen yesterday some dude named Billy Keleman that had a awesome transformation with exact the body what i would LOVE to have. And now my question is.. How did he do this?
Do i have to drop my carbs? do i need more cardio?
At this moment i'm eating around 3100 kcal.
And i'm 5 days at the week at the gym.
Workout programe (Without a big explaination)
Monday = Chest + Triceps + 20min cardio (low intensifity)
Tuesday = Shoulders + Biceps + 20min cardio (low intensifity)
Wednesday = Rest day (Some abs ex)
Thursday = Chest + Triceps + 20min cardio (low intensifity)
Friday = Shoulders + Biceps + 20min cardio (low intensifity)
Saturday = Back + Legs ( I know.. i know..)
