I always hate saying something can not be done, someone always comes along and says well here is someone that done it.

Well, I do not feel you can lose more than 2 or 3 pounds per week and not lose muscle. Not only do you run a bigger chance of losing muscle the higher your weekly weight loss is, you run the risk of lowering your metabolism before you reach your goal and then you accelerate the muscle loss.

You need to decide if you want to ... keep muscle or lose fat rapidly.

I have to agree that your goals are unrealistic. It can be done but not necessarily in the time-frame you are looking for. Monsta is more on target with the 6 months to a year.
