how much protein?

RedAlert do they recommend 1.5g/lb for cutting as well as bulking?

1.5 to 2g per lb would be best. It's even more important to have a high protein intake while cutting.

The 1.5 thing is kind of general. I get more than a gram of protein per pound body weight, but my total calories are high enough that I can get away with it since I'm on a perpetual bulk.
