I haven't tried hydroxy cut, but I have heard that it is not all its cracked up to be. However, you can get this stuff called Quadra Cuts. It is a lot better. There are 3 different types, 1 for during the day fat burning, 1 for night time fat burning, and 1 for thyroid regulation. I found it at Max Muscle. You can take up to all 3 at a time, or just what you need. Anywho, I hope that helps ya. Goodluck!

It should be called HydroxyCRAP.

There are only two effective "fat burners": ECA stack and Yohimbine HCL. Almost everything else I've seen is a worthless combination of diuretics and caffeine.

ECA and Yohimbine only give you a little extra help--they won't work if your diet is not in order.

In any other way? How about a caloric deficit? Hydroxycut was recalled last year for causing liver failure and jaundice. Buyer beware. -EK
