I haven't tried hydroxy cut, but I have heard that it is not all its cracked up to be. However, you can get this stuff called Quadra Cuts. It is a lot better. There are 3 different types, 1 for during the day fat burning, 1 for night time fat burning, and 1 for thyroid regulation. I found it at Max Muscle.
