It's no miracle drug. Same as Stacker 2. You get somewhat of a thermogenic effect, but mostly it's the appetite supressant that leads to the most weight loss.

The key really is to eat lss. But eat less in increments. Don't go from 3000 cals a day to 1800 in one shot. Go from 3000 to 2700 for a week or so, then down to 2400 for a week, etc. Try doing about 300-400 cals less each week. This way your body doesn't think you are starving yourself and start catabloizing muscle and packing on the fat.

I agree that you should eat less in increments but a "starvation diet" is still a starvation diet no matter how slow you drop the calories. You are not going to fool you body for long if at all and you are cetainly not going to fool it into preserving muscle. So there is a limit to how low you should drop calories if you don't want your body to hoard fat, eat muscle, and put it all back on plus some more as soon as you eat normal again.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

Waste of money. Some thermogenics work well - that's not one of them.

For myself, I have had better results tweaking the diet and cardio over using a thermogenic supplement like hydroxycut. Although a few friends of mine are using the hardcore version and seem to be doing well with it.
