Default Ketogenic Dieting

I currently weigh 232lbs and want to start the keto diet. It's been difficult trying to plan my meals working 50 hours a week and trying to finish graduate school.

I have my intake planned:

232 x 12cal/lb = 2784 calories

Protein= 0.8g/lb= 232 x 0.8 = 185.6g (742 calories)
Carbs= 10g (40 calories)
Fats= 2784 - 742 - 40 = 2020 calories or 224g

Now protein is easy, but how do I get 224g of fats without going of 10g of carbs. Should I just be eating EVOO?
