Default Weight Loss

You might as well start losing fat first, the first few months of working out it should fly off. Do some moderate cardio, combined with light weights. Focus on perfecting your form for when you want to start getting serious about muscle.

Don't jump into a super intense diet at first, go slowly into it. The more weight you lose the more encouraged you will be to eat better.

Losing weight is hard, but very rewarding...

I just lost 40 lbs recently and that is what worked for me.
