Default Cardio

Ok..so I feel great when I train my chest and all and look good but I feel insecure about my stomach..I lost a lot of weight earlier and know what to do but I hate running on treadmills, but I'm going to have to for now because it's so cold in Wisconsin. Can I continue my heavy weights + do cardio and lose body fat? ( I do heavy squats also and legs) or would I have to do low light weights/high reps with more cardio? I just enjoy lifting heavy ass weights because it's fun but I want to cut my stomach for the summer so I need some advice..I've done it once before but I need to figure something out. I just want to be able to whip off my shirt in front of my girl without hesitation! haha help!

You can absolutely continue to lift heavy and slowly add cardio to increase fatloss. A common misconception is being forced to lower the weight to increase the cardio in order to lose fat. Remember, too much cardio will burn muscle and you will lose your hard earned gains. Take it slowly and the results will come. BTW cardio sucks!!!
