Default Lost A lot of size

I am 6ft 5 and was at 243 lifting weights 5 or 6 days a week no cardio. I wanted to lose my stomach and try to get a 6 pack so I cut out as much sugar related drinks and food as possible no more fried food and pretty much only drink water and I run ten minutes on the treadmill every day prior to my workout on about 8.5 mph. I dropped down to 208 in a matter of a month and a half and I feel so skinny i hate it. What did I do wrong i thought eating healthy and cardio was going to cut me up not make me feel like a stick figure.

You lost too much weight too fast. You probably lost a bunch of muscle with it. You lost 1lb every 2 days! You should shoot for a much more conservative rate of 1-2lb every week.

When cutting you should always take supplements that prevent muscle loss, like aminoacids, vitamin C , and others antioxidants, and increase the protein intake, with food(The most important) and protein shakes (Suplement not Replacement for food)
