Default muscle builder

Exercise regular. You can’t gain muscles without exercise. Different type of exercise is used for different muscles. For leg muscles; squats, leg extensions and leg curls and for shoulders lateral raises and shrugs.

half way right.. legs- squats (correct) also stiff leg DL.
chest-bench press
back-deadlifts/rows
shoulders-military press

i rarely give myself an "arms" day. usually they get worked plenty on my chest, back, and shoulder days.

Exercise in regular-basic is the best way for gaining muscle. You can not build your muscles without any exercise.
