I normally run for 15 minutes after my workout usually at 7 miles per hour. A few weeks back all the treadmills were being used and I decided to try out the Nautilus Treadclimer I was amazed how many calories it was burning up 500 in half an hour at 4 miles per hour with the treads to max height. Thatís faster calorie burning than my running.
What do you guys think Should I now ditch the running and switch to 20 minutes on the treadclimer three times per week? Anybody use it for their cardio ?
Its much more fun to use than running and easier on my 46 year old knees
