Default Big questions on dieting and losing weight!

Hey guys! im new here so cut me some slack for now. I been cutting out almost 500-750 calories a day on my diet. I cut out the bad foods, and started putting healthy choices in their. Things like whole wheat bagel for breakfast, with light whip cream. Salad at lunch with a serving of chocolate milk, oh and light on the ranch, plus the veggies. Gotta love those lol . and then usually a normal dinner, homemade. ABSOLUTELY NO FAST FOOD haha. I play pick up basketball games which gets tough for me because im out of shape. and i run on the resistance bike, the treadmill, and stair climber. I also split 3 days of aerobics with weight lifting, day 1 is chest and triceps. day 2 is back and biceps, and day 3 is legs and shoulders, everyeday abs too. Sound good or is it over dooing it?

Your diet sucks. You need to get some protein in there!

You could probably also do well with 3x a week full body workout focusing around compound movements.

I don't think you're over doing it. I think you're under doing it.

In addition, there are other dietary measures that help you stay in good shape. A glass of orange juice should be consumed just before breakfast every morning. This is a nutritious way of detoxifying your body. Eat a breakfast comprising a cup of whole grain cereals soaked in skimmed milk or a small bowl of yoghurt. You may also have an apple or a banana along with this. If you want to lose weight gradually, eating a couple of tomatoes every morning at breakfast is a good idea.
