Default New to everything.

I'm new here and to weight lifting all together. My main goal is weight loss. I'm 21 years old about 6'3 and i last weighed in at just under 350lbs. Most of my weight is in my belly area but is everywhere else to.

I really want to loss the weight and build my upper body strength.

So i guess my question is. What will help me get that? Is there supplements i can take to help, im not trying to rely on a pill to solve everything but something that will help things along.

read through the nutrition forum stickies and the fatloss forum stickies...should get you a great start on the diet part.

Sure there are supplements that will help you , but if your diet is not in check then don't waste the money.

There are no shortcuts to get what you want.

The only thing you can do is follow a good diet and do some exercise, but above all, perseverance.

Without perseverance you will not get anything; that's the real pill you need.

Like Pity said start with the stickies. BTW are you currently training? What does your diet look like?
