Brocoli is fine. Just make sure you cook it. I tried to eat brocoli raw, thinking I could just pick at it. That was a mistake. Turned my stomach solid and I couldn't eat anything for awhile. Which sucked, cause if your going to follow this it's important to get in all the meals.

It's hard, but it will get you looking good by MEXICO.

Did you consume any fats over the day? Like one yolk/ 6 whites or a handful of almonds? Or did you just just assume that you would take in enough fat with your diet to make up for that?

little to zero fat, chicken has some fat in it, fish has some good fats in it aswell. But that's all.

The idea is to lose fat, so we don't take much in. It's not like bulking up.

If I had to guess I would say I'm 16 - 18% now (at 240lbs)

ehh...I'd say that's a fairly reasonable guess, probably the lower end of that. I'd actually keep building if you think you can do it without to much more fat gain.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

I have about 2 months to go. I have never been this heavy, cant wait to see how big I can get. Mostly all natural ( M1T-if you consider that a roid- use for an extra boost) But I do know that i would like to be 225 cut ( 8% bf)

Sorry, Iron - off topic-

Not a problem. If you don't mind me asking, what was your rate of loss when you did this diet?

Also, what about pickles...anything to flavor my food a little. Also, can I use like a whole wheat pita with my tuna in it as my carbs/protein or....?

Btw, I'm figuring I'm at about 14-15%....hopefully I can cut that to 9 or 10 ish in a month.... I'll keep ya posted.
