If you can't return it, exchange it. Tell them the safety seal was broken and you didn't recognize it when you bought it. I agree that a preworkout shake is a better choice than a caffeine supplement. BTW arginine is an amino acid found in whey protein. just take some citrilline malate.

I've been using NO Explode with Cellmass for about two months. I'm not really sure if it's helped or not. I've put on a few pounds of muscle-weight but I really think it was due to adding two days of powertraining to my weekly routine. That stack is expensive and the wife feels there had better be more dramatic results or I drop it. When this supply runs out I'm going to try some of the Xyience stuff and see what happens there. If nothing better or worse happens, I'm going to stay with a muti-vitamin and fat burner and spend my money elsewhere (on the Camaro I'm trying to restore).
