I cook for the whole family also. Two boys that are 7 and 8. They eat what I cook them and it's making them healthier

Bring them into your life - you don't have to go hardcore diet and have no spice or gross shit , your not doing a bodybuilding comp , and if you do deside to do one then good for you and it will be that much easier for everyone to adjust to.

It's about healthy choices and having more shakes then food is not a healthy choice. Keep it simple. Figure out what you need ( I gave you a good idea ) and eat it. Keep your family in the loop and be healthy together.
