Question Please Help Me With Fat-Loss

Hi Everybody
My name is Borna & i live in Sweden. I am 17 yrs old and i weigh about 110 Kg and 190 Cm. About one & half months ago (early december) i started doing these workouts.

muscleandstrength.com/workouts/20-6-day-weight-cardio-cutting-workout.html

This plan is a 6 day plan but i did this 5 times/week. 3 day with weights & stuff and i was doing cardio in 2 other days. I do feel that i have become stronger but i have gained 4 Kg and now i am 114 Kg. I really need to know what i am doing wrong or maybe all this depends on what i eat, so i would really appreciate any help from you guys.

I always warm up before i do weight workout (6 min cycling) and after i'm done with everything i run about 12 min at 10 km/h. The other 2 days which is for cardio, i usually run for about 40 min and do some ab exercises for the other 20 min. I lose about 350-400 Kcal when i run 40 minutes so i am REALLY pushing myself but being not able to see any result makes me disappointed.

Thanks a lot

Before you test the waters with any supplements, you need to look at your diet and go from there! Your biggest accomplishments with weight loss are going to happen in the kitchen, not in the gym.

So the easiest thing to do is look at what you eat on a daily basis. Do you know what your caloric baseline is? You'll need to know what you need to eat in order to maintain your body weight, gain weight, or lose weight. Then take a look at what you can eat and make a daily meal plan and watch the fat melt off of you ;)

Cardio will help as well in burn some extra calories so keep up with that as well.

Good luck with your fitness goals

Cheers

Ditto to some of the other posters here--fat loss is 95% diet. You really need to look at the diet aspect of your regimen to see fat loss results. Looks like you have things covered as far as training goes.
