Default Does Wu-Yi tea work?

I have a friend who says she lost 17 pounds in 3 weeks by using Wu-Yi tea. She even has a blog about it here: Wu-Yi Tea success story .

Has any of you used this product and did it work?

Please only post if you have used it yourself.

Thanks.

Anna

I doubt it does anything more than green tea. 17lbs in three weeks? Kind of extreme. No way you could healthily lose that much weight that fast IMO. It's obviously overhyped. Just a bunch of marketing... Not a good replacement for diet & exercise.

I read in a weightlifting mag that black, green, and some other tea are all good for athletes, according to recent studies. One helped to increase muscle mass, and the others helped with other stuff. Sure, it may not help as much as oh, I don't know, roids, but every little bit helps. Also, teas are full of antioxidants, which fight off free radicals.

17lbs in 3 weeks, it must dehydrate you, and make you crap out some organs. That just doesnt sound healthy at all.
