It won't help you lose any fat. At all. It's just dangerous. There is absolutely no benefit to doing that if your goal is fat loss.

^^ yeah, that.

That's an old (and stupid) trick for shedding water. And there are much better ways to do it.

In terms of speeding up fat loss, it doesn't really do anything.

Flat out, it's dangerous.
