Default Should i use a sweat suit?

I have a friend that has plastic shirt and pants to help make him sweat more. Anybody see these before? If i wore these and sweats and ran for a while would this help me lose body fat faster or should i just stick to sweats?

it'll help you lose water weight, but i don't think it helps you lose anymore fat...afaik.

as a person who has had to use those damn things to make weight

i don't know if they do jack shit to body fat
but they do make you hallucinate and pass out

and they do deprive you of nutrients re: sweating until you diieeeeeeeee

^^ yeah, that.

Sweating does not = fat loss.

Sweating = water loss.

Drink some water afterward, you put back on most the 'weight' you lost.

(Cradler, I'm sure you can attest to that one)

I've never understood why people think this method is the end-all of fat burning.

Sure, it raises your core temp a bit. But spiking the metabolism enough to make enough of a difference?? NOPE.

Even just wearing 'sweats' won't make you lose fat faster than if you just wore shorts and a tank top.

It's all about calories in vs calories out.

Ha, yes I can. I try to lose the weight in advance with keto/HIIT when I can... but sometimes there just is no other way to lose 10 pounds in 2 hours...
