Default Help_With_Goal

I know you see this a ? thousands times before but I am looking for help or suggestions.
I am 35 18% BodyFat 148 pds 5'5 I workout 4 days a weeks. I am looking to lower my BF around 10-12%

Here is what I am thinking of eating for a diet.
Breakfast
oatmeal 2eggwites 1 whole egg.
snack cup of cottage cheese
lunch turkey sandwhich wholewheat doublefiber
workout
snack after workout can tuna dry a
diner chicken broc.
snack apple penant butter.
1 muti vitaim
1 b12
2 fish oil

Workout looking for a cuttine routine I can't seem to find one some say workout less
then the others say workout more harder and faster. I am confused big time
Looking to something in the lines
Monday Chest/Tries
Tuesday Back/Bies
Weds cardio swimming
thursday shoulders
friday legs and cardio.

I need some help to get to my goal so please suggest anything.

As for the diet part , I think you should add some more protein.

It would be good to have a starting point . IE: 2000 cals - then go from there.At a glance it doesn't look like your going to be getting enough cals. If you don't eat enough you wont lose weight. Start to write down all your meals ( it helps ) Weighing your food makes a big difference to.
