i figured me mantinance cals to be around 3300 so i cut it down to 2800 (idk how many i was eating before) so the past 2 days thats what ive been doing.

height: 5'9"
weight: 198bs
bench 1RM: 275
parallel squat 1RM: 385
deadlift 1RM: N/A
hang clean 1RM: N/A

i wish i could live on crack and protien shakes...

i will, ill post in here every 5 pounds i loose.

BTW here are my totals 2563 70 171 305 (cal, g fat, g carb, g pro) trying to eek the rest of the cals out later tonight

i really killed myself today, ill call it my "cheat" i got nachos at school today, aswell as my normal lunch. i had no idea it was 2000 calories, that makes my totals for today. 4718 203 299 419 (cal, g fat, g carb, g pro)

BTW. im never eating nachos again, or meatloaf.

the lunch lady put about a pound of cheese on it, and i couldn't let it go to waste, lol.

still hovering around 210. i dropped my cals down to 2400 and im still not loosing any more.
