Default what am i doing wrong?

hey guys ive been trying to loose weight lately , im trying to get down to about 200 by the middle of august. and the first 2 weeks i lost 8 pounds, but now im stuck around 215, before all i did was take out chocolate milk and fried food, but its not working anymore. heres my weekday diet:

6:50 wake up

7:30 breakfast sandwitch (english muffin, egg, slice of cheese, sausage patty) 10oz 1% milk

11:00 turkey and pepperjack sandwitch on wheat bread (with lettuce, tomatoe, pickles and a little mayo) 20oz of 1%milk

4:00 PWO shake 2 scoops of whey in 15oz of 1% milk

6:30-7:30 whatever my mom cooks. light on carbs and heavy on protien + 30oz of 1% milk

9:30-10:00 half a peanutbutter sandwitch and 15oz of 1% milk

11:30-12:00 sleeptime

weekends this is what it looks like:

10:00 wake up

12:00-1:00 chicken and provolone sandwitch on wheat (with a little miricale whip)

4:00 30oz 1%milk

6:30-7:30 whatever my mom cooks. light on carbs and heavy on protien + 30oz of 1% milk

9:30-10:00 half a peanutbutter sandwitch and 15oz of 1% milk

11:30-12:00 sleeptime

Your protein intake is low and your fat intake is high. Fats tends to get stored as fat. It's the most calorie dense macro nutrient. Do you use fitday?

fitday will help you monitor your caloric intake...to get an idea of what you need to take in to cut...there is a calculator in the how to bulk sticky i think...it'll give a general idea of where to get started...

Sounds good. I think your macros are off. I think it's good to try to stay between 40/30/30 & 50/30/20 (pro/carb/fat). I especially try to keep carbs & fats lower when cutting. Probably 40% of your calories are coming from fat.

That's a lot of milk that I think you need to cut out and add more fat from E V Olive oil, fish oil and nuts. I would stay with the % break down but switch carbs and fat so it's 50/20/30 (pro/carb/fat), I like lowering the carbs becuase of the insulin spike one might get from carbs, keeping them low and fat a little higher does help this a little. also how many cals. are you taking now?
