There are alot of supplements out there that will HELP you with your fat loss goal. There is NO ONE specific supplement that will do it for you. You need to have your cardio , weights, and diet in check . If your not willing to do that then your just wasting your money.:)

I like ephedrine/caffiene stacks myself.

yeah ephedrine and caffeiene maybe even stack with Ma Huang which is a chinese herb will also increase thermogenesis, but ephedrine is quicker acting.

Ma Huang is ephedrine, its just the Chinese name for it. Add in some asprin to the Ephedra/caffeine stack.

Diet is of paramount importance. Green leavy veggies cannot be underrated too. Start with those. If diet is up to par, then something like E/C stack would be the most bang for your buck as far as over-the-counter supps is concerned.

No one here use Clen or T3 or anything of that nature?

Clen works very well if you can handle the side effects, especially at higher doses. I'm not sure that this poster was originally looking for "research chemicals" though which is why he got alot of EC stack suggestions.

^^dude, its one thing to pimp your site, but i'd get permission from the admin first. Cause your just spamming shit now, and its annoying.

Caffein + ephedrine is my favourite. However, you will develope a tolerance for that combo pretty quickly. Stay clear from tyroxin (T3). Clenbuterol works for some, I dont like it because it makes my hand shake.
