It all starts in the kitchen. She needs to figure out the right eating plan and calories she needs based on her body stats. This is key for losing bodyfat...(not how you train) As for a training program she will get the best results hitting the weights and throwing some cardio into the mix.

Women should train the same as men...it's no different.

So eating plan, weight training and cardio in that order
