This forum was made specifically for female related fitness discussion. As we all know, men and women are very different physically. Because of these differences something that is suggested for a man may not specifically be the best suggestion for his female counterpart. Because of this I have decided to create a forum for our female members so they have a place to get targeted information that maybe more applicable to them.
Even though this forum was made specifically for women, everyone is allowed to post and share their advice as long as it is related to female fitness. All I ask is that all male members respect the topics and show their maturity, otherwise this forum could be closed to only female members in the future.
