^^ yeah, dynamics are good! I knew I forgot something :D

If you want a great source for dynamic/mobility drills, pick up the Magnificent Mobility DVD. I'm pretty sure you can find it at places like Barnes and Noble or some other large book store like that if there's one in your area.

Plus, with something like that, the movements are much easier to understand being that you can see some demonstrations of them.

Very good DVD, and probably completely appropriate for this case. And no, Phil, I am not Eric Cressey :biglaugh: I'm bigger. My ears don't stick out as much. And I'm just as smart!

Ok, two out of three.

Dynamic work is invaluable IMO. When I started incorporating those into my program I saw some huge differences.

I'm still not convinced Eric. :D

Sorry Topshelf, inside joke. BTW, good luck with both yours and your wife's goals. You're off to a good start using this forum as a resource.

I'm gonna see if I can locate that DVD this weekend. I started reading through the stretching post and my head was spinning. Maybe it was just too late when I was reading or something, but pictures and videos are always a good thing. lol I gotta tell you, it's a shame that all this good info is almost completely unknown. What a shame that we grow up so uneducated on our own bodies. :(

Well don't just substitue the DVD though. Read through the article when you're not sleepy, lol. Take your time to digest it all....there is a lot more information in there than most people will ever know. Plus some handy little comments from me for when I disagree :biglaugh:

Any updates on how things are coming along for your wife?
