Default New Protein Recipe

I'm on a cooking kick lately -- trying different stuff to up my protein intake, because some days it seems impossible. Posted a quick and easy recipe for tuna tacos that I made during lunch today.

Let me know wha tyou think!

There is a popular misconception that meat is the only real source of protein, and thus that a vegetarian diet is inherently unhealthy due to a lack of protein. It is impossible to stress how untrue this is.

First of all, the Recommended Daily Allowance of protein is not as high as one might think, and many people - vegetarian or not - eat more protein than their bodies actually need. The approximate RDA of protein is only 47 grams for women and 54 grams for men.

I agree with the treat above.47 grams i just fine for women.

Seriously.. just like real pancakes, add butter or syrup to them if you want by honestly they taste really good right off the pan. Have these every morning.. great treat and packed with protein. A+
