Default woman needs to gain muscle and weight

I am asking for my girlfriend we are going to the gym and trying everything we can to get our goals accomplished. She is 5 6 and weights 102lbs she wants to gain muscle all over and gain mass I was thinking maybe getting her on protein shakes? Is this a good idea I know for me it worked but Im not sure how woman would react different chemistry. If you have any tips let me know thank you.

Protein Shakes, Creatine Monohydrate, Amino 2200, BCAA - or branched chain amino acids. Look especially for the amino L-Lucine.

I would recommend soy protein shakes for her. They are better for women. Other than that, it's basically the same process for a female as a male.

Yeh that seems right soy does contain estrogen in it and with her working out her test level might increase so it might even it out. Thanks

The most important thing is to make sure she's on a good overall diet and exercise program. A protein shake is OK if she can't get enough through diet, but it won't make or break her gains.

A raised test level is what will get her to gain muscle btw.

That and diet and exercise of course.

Diet and exercise both are very necessary for gaining muscles. You can also use Protein supplement.
