The new James Bond film (Daniel Craig) in highwaters?
Check out the Daniel Craig version of James Bond. When he's not in a suit or tux, he's wearing a pair of high-water, flat-front Khakis with boots. 
Normally, I'd make fun of a person in high waters... but he pulled it off.
Maybe it's just an European thing... but what do you think about high waters on someone other than James Bond? Gay or not?
