Big hello to you all!!!
I’ve been chucking weights around for over 25 years now but only recently started to get the time back (kids getting older) to spend on good forums like this.
I’ll not bore you with my stats, not that impressive these days anyway as I’m too tight to get my shoulder and back fixed (knees could do with a once over as well). I do train 3-4 times per week and rarely miss a session, except xmas when I take a full 2 weeks off and eat till I pass out :o).
I’ve seen an awful lot of changes in the game during my time, especially in terms of supplements (you should’ve seen the limited muck available in the 80’s). I think there’s now a bigger recognition than ever about the benefits of lifting weights.
