Just thought i would check out the site and see if you guys can give me any tips. Ive been training for only 6 months and was concentrating on cardio and getting my weight down i used to be 16st 4 llbs sorry dont do kilos, i started at my local gym and am now 14st 2 llbs but that was mainly changing my diet and running a lot, i now have decided i want to build my upper body, always had good size thighs and calves so dont train them to much any programmes or tips will be appreciated.
