First of all, I'd just like to say great site. As for me I'm nothing great. I'm 6' and weigh 178lbs. I'm in pretty good shape right now, but would like to reach my goal of 200lbs. I'm eating 5x's a day now and adopting the 5x5 routine. I'm using a split routine with my upper using 2 days and lower using
1. On off days I do cardio, abs, and calves. Any hints or tips would be greatly appreciated.
